Returns or Exchanges If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days of delivery. We will gladly refund or exchange items in original purchased condition with all hangtags attached. The buyer bears all shipping costs. Refunds A refund of the total amount less the original shipping charge will be credited back to your account within 5 business days of merchandise receipt. Shipping My policy is that all orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. I primarily use USPS parcel post for all local shipments in WA. Transit time for these packages is one to two days. Out of state shipments are sent via USPS priority and depending on your distance from Camano Island, transit time is 2-5 days. Orders shipped out of the country are handled individually, and will be charged actual shipping charges, using the best available method. Overnight and express shipping is available by request.
